Rainy days make me smile

It's been raining off and on for 2 days now. I have simply loved it. When it rains, it pours..and that's the way i like it..all the way..I have been slowly working on a recipe box, so i can have a place to keep all of my hoarded recipes...

And then i took a few photos of me..i was gonna use the first one as a new profile pic, but we will wait...

And then here is a view of the backyard...one that tends to make me smile often.
And my plants are coming around nicely...don't ask about the sunflower plant...:( it didnt make it...I'm not sure what i did wrong...


Otherwise..I'm waiting very patiently/excitedly (impatiently-really) for my new blog design to be done!!!! Any time now!!! It's gonna be wonderful...and fresh :)
