Went fishing here today..on this pier about 2 minutes from our house-at the yaght club...Love that place...so peaceful..

Found a rue 21 today-hence the shirt...i swear i have a shopping problem...well its no problem to me ;)

And then i caught a fish...too small to keep..but surely made me smile.. and nooooo im not pregnant....the shirt was a flowin' in the wind....so dont go gettin any ideas..... ;)

Whew! Ok...well I finally got around to uploading some photos..Ok ALOT of photos...Lot's of eye candy goin on....

So this is a work in progress.....Been finding some pretty cool frames to add to my already large collection...Why does this obsession continue???I love i must admit...

Here are a few frames I've recently bought at thrift stores...My personal fav is the one in the bottom row thats a light grn...(go figure)
I found this dress today, at plato's...Had to get it...Too bad i can't remake this dress in white (with crm lace) and make it long....B/c it is HOT...Seriously...

And here are two wonderful necklaces I happenned upon...and absolutely couldn't live without...But then..if you look at most items you've never seen before..they were all things I couldn't live without...But hey-with the exception of a few-most came from thrift stores or garage sales...Including the second necklace below..

This wasnt on the el cheapo side...BUT i had to have it.....It looks great with the new bedroom furniture....I feel refeshed whenever i walk into our bedroom to actual NICE furniture...It feels good.

And that is all for now...I'm sure there will be more to follow very shortly...It feels good to be back on track.....Also, I go on Monday to talk to a financial advisor regarding the interior design school i've been checking into..i'm going to apply...And i will also do a little more homework on the LPN school as well, before i make a final decision....Lot's to do...Lot's of planning.....Hopefully everything will work out for me this time!!LOVE.

ps-im getting married!

ok so its been quite a while since i last posted....b/c of the simple fact that my blog is super unappealing to me...and im sure to others...and ive been super busy moving to florida...plus-IM GETTING MARRIED!! im scared and suoer excited all at the same time. Quick planning, as we have moved to florida and must have the wedding here. On the beach-barefoot. Below is a sampe of the color scheme im interested in..i want everything to be more vintage/free people looking...so with the help of the very best friend a girl could have..i think i can make this happen. as of right now, the date is set for Aug 2. 3 months.. i only have 3 months...but at least im not having a huge wedding, which should take some o the stress away....

As far as my art..its a-comin...im getting inspired again now that ALL of my supplies are unpacked...i can get to work...plus im looking seriously into interior design schools, and lon still but whichever makes my dreams come true will be the winner...Soooooo hopefully all works out...

As far as this crappy blog....i have ao wonderful friend "freckled nest" as you will find her listed in my friends, is going to give me a major transformation...that im dying to see...and super excited about.. i can hardly wait...sooo...i will post more..sooner..i promise..

and so it goes

So i haven't been around in a while...lots going on lots to talk about ....not enough time...not working , then working...lots of catching up since ive been back in town...lots of art i have yet to upload...got started on my christmas cards...made memorable 12x12's..reflected a bunch..i will eventually post about it..i havent felt inspired to write..its definately a flaw ive come across lately...

the point of this post..is the hurricane is coming..im in Louisiana..and there is massive crowds at every store preparing for the worst...i sure hope it isnt as bad as it seems..whats worse than that(well to me...) is that my boyfriend(the nurse) has to go in to work, 2 nights early...and they lock them in until the hurricane is over..im going to be alone...and that makes me sad...i love bad weather, i just dont want to see things to get pulverized..innocent people experienceing devestation..it breaks my heart..hopefully it all goes well...if anyone reads this...wish me luck...

If there were ever a such thing as an audience....I WILL BE back soon....Jeremy & i have arrived back home in Baton Rouge, LA and have been doing alot of catching up with alot of friends/family...with limited internet access.. i have a few art projects to share as well as experiences...I can say..it's been nothing but pleasure...until next time..
